How to restore backup

Dear all,

How to restore backup 
I have 3 servers 1pub and 2 sub
I have the backup for all servers and now shall i take the restore only in pub? or for all server and how?

I think you meant to post this in a different Area however..What version of CUCM are you working with? Which Server has Gone Down that You Need to Restore: The Pub, 1 Sub, Both Subs, All Servers? Depending on the version of CUCM you are running you will want to refer to the Disaster Recovery System Guide..

The system didnt get down perhaps all phones are again and again after 20 minutes getting register and

the softkeys,phone buttons sometimes are not working.
I would like to know is it will be enough if i take restore only on Pub?
Does it restore in all servers automatically or i need to take on all server
as i have cluster here

Refer to this link on how to perform a DRS Restore or if you have issues understanding this guide I recommend you opening a Support Case with TAC.

If the system is coming up for a while then more than likely a restore is not possible. You just need to figure out why it's bouncing. Also a TAC case is more than likely in order to make sure you don't run into this again.
