I have some Finesse customization requirement and in this we have to send SocialMiner Chat conversation to Sibel CRM at the end of Chat conversation. Please suggest how to do that? I am very new to Finesse development.
Finesse itself does not know the actual chat conversation. Finesse only knows when there is a chat available for the agent or not. It is SocialMiner that handles the chat feed and such. I do not know the nitty gritty details of the SocialMiner APIs, but I believe that you can get the chat conversation through those APIs/notifications: https://developer.cisco.com/site/socialminer/documentation/
