How to show Outbound Campaign Reports - UCCE

Hello Dears,

 

How can I see outbound call report for campaign including "Agent, Called number, time, success or failure", is it built in Cisco report? or I have to use 3rd party?

There are a number of stock Outbound Historical and Realtime reports you can import such as highlighted here, but for that particular item, you'd likely have to create a custom report definition in CUIC. Don't necessarily need a 3rd party for it, but they also offer it as well.

Do you have any document how to build a custom report definition in CUIC? a little bit i know how to build it, but i can't fully read/understand it in order to build one from scratch.

Yes, here's the link from Cisco. Basically it is figure out your basic SQL query (which sounds like you have already), create the report definition, then create the report that points to the report definition.

You can also always copy/save as an existing report definition and modify it but I think for your purposes here you won't be doing that.
