How to suppress Nuance Waveform logging from Studio?

I am having problems trying to suppress Waveform logging and Event logging from the studio app (as part of a PCI process). Does anyone know whether you can enable/disable this from the studio app?

And if so, how? Thanks in advance.

Ive tried various configurations .. but none seem to work. I've been setting the following in the VoiceXML Properties in the Settings tab of the Studio elements. But I can't suppress the logging. Have tried:

  1. speechworks.swirec_suppress_waveform_logging
  2. speechworks.swirec_suppress_event_logging

(setting those to 1 and 0 in Nuance9, and true and false for Nuance10)

then tried:

swirec_suppress_waveform_logging

swirec_suppress_event_logging

(setting those to 1 and 0 in Nuance9, and true and false for Nuance10)

Nothing's working. Help!

Janine,

Nuance SWI parameters are not interpreted and passed on to Nuance server by Cisco voice browser. Therefore controlling them from the Call studio apps is not currently feasible. You may want to find if there is an alternative way to disable the logging on the Nuance servers directly.

Thanks. I would hope that Cisco would consider adding this functionality

into their mrcp v2 platform. It's critical for PCI compliance and

tuning. All they'd have to do is pass the VoiceXML Properties supported

by nuance through the voice browser to Nuance - it's kind of crazy not

to support passing the parameters.

But thank you very much for that information.
