Hi, I would someone please tell me what steps should I follow to make the contact center to enhanced premium. Thank you very much.

Hi
To upgrade from enhance to premium you will have to buy premium license for the uccx package.
I guess you can use PUT tool to perform this task or check with the licensing team by mailing to alias (licensing@cisco.com)
