How to upgrade UCCX to version 8.x and upgrade or Install QM 8.x

Hello to all ,

I need to upgrade UCCX 7.0(2)_Build254 to UCCX 8.X .

The question is , does exist a version 8.0.1 ? . I cant found in cisco.com .

The version 8.0.2 has two parts and a different OS ( Linux )

Please anybody help me ?

Hugo Baez,

You need to reqest the upgrade media through Cisco PUT tool (cisco.com/upgrade) as the posted versions on Cisco website are not bootable upgrades.  UCCX 7 is Windows based, so this is a full re-install with data migration.
