Please check the following:
Validate Tomcat certs are not expired
Run JTAPI / Data Resync

Thanks for ur reply

 

1. JTAPI okay between CUCM 10.5 and CCX 11.6

 

2. when i perform Data Re-sync , i m getting error such AXL web server is down in CUCM , but its activated and up

 

3. tomcat cert is valid until 2023

 

 

action i take such as utils restart sevice Cisco Tomcat on Both Appliances

pls see attachment for more detail

Ok,
In UCCX, checkk the CUCM configuration and see which CUCM servers are designated for AXL Service Providers
Please check and restart the AXL web services in CUCM Unified Serviceability > Feature Services for these servers.
Verify (change if needed) the AXL and/or RmCm account has the correct password on CUCM / UCCX.
