i need to download workforce for UCCX and we have already the license

Hello,

i just need to download the WFO software which integrate with our UCCX 11.0.1

the issue is that we have lot of versions like WFO & WFM and advanced and lots !!

we have already purchased license for it

the licenses that we have bought is (CCX-11-CR-LIC & CCX-11-QM-LIC)

just tell me which version of the below will be for the above two license,..

- Unified workforce optimization workforce management
- Unified workforce optimization Quality management

WFO-QM is for call recording and quality management. WFO is for scheduling, compliance, and demand forecasting. The PIDs you reference above are for WFO-QM.

Also, I believe you need to order the media kit PID to get the installable media: CCX11QMMEDIAKITK9

I don't have the software for you, but I will tell you it's a complete pain to get it. I had to yell at Cisco for quite some time before finally getting it. 

Cisco and Calabrio will both point fingers at one another and it's really quiet annoying.

By the way, if I recall correctly, I ended up getting the download through the cisco put (product upgrade tool)

Look there if you have your contract number. Cisco will try pushing you towards Calabrio, but tell them NO. Cisco is the only one that can get you this software. May have to get your reseller involved as well.
