ICD agent changes is not showing up in desktop Administrator

Hi,

I have a strange problem with IPCC Express 3.1(2), changes i have made to ICD Agents is not showing up in the Desktop Administrator.

Could any one please suggest me.

Try to do the following.

Click on locations and go to setup and click on synchronize Directory services.

Hi Radhika,

Thanks for reply. I try to synchronize directory services, it is comming back with error message "first entry is NULL" Does it means any thing to you.
