We are in the process of developing CVP 3.1 in a lab environment and will follow up with integrating it into the existing production ICM 6.0 Enterprise. Currently the ICM is on SR2. The shipped CVP 3.1 and ICM media show SR5.
*************************************
Question 1)Is it safe to assume the existing ICM will need to be brought up to SR5?
Question 2) Can I go from ICM SR2 direct to SR5?
Question 3)If not, do the SR upgrades need to be applied SR3, SR4, and finally SR5?
Thank you

Q1) SR5 is good or You can go to the latest SR (download it from cisco site). No issue there. ICM SR's are very stable
Q2) yes, you can jump SR's. You can install the latest SR directly
Hope that helps. Please Rate posts.

CVP 3.1 is tested with ICM 6.0 SR1 and later SR, so you should be ok with what you have.
For information on SR upgrade steps, if you still need it, please check the online ICM/IPCC documentation or open a TAC case. (I don't know the answers, myself.)
