ICM 6.0 PG Explorer SQL error

Hello,

After installing ICM 6.0 Logger, Router and AW (Realtime) I tried to make a PG Generic at the PG Explorer Tool. When I try to save the selected items I have an SQL error "Failed to update the database. SQL Server Error, error: 2627, state 1, severity 14. violation of PRIMARY KEY 'XPKPeripheral_Default_Route'. cannot insert duplicate key & object 't_Peripheral_Default_Route'".

Any idea about this?

Could you please let me know how did you resolve this issue? I am having the same exact issue. This is the first PG that I am trying to configure so there are no records in the database.

Hi,

While configuring the PG via PG explorer, don't select anything for Default Route under the Advanced Tab.

Click save without having anything in the Default Route Option.

Hi!

Thank you very much! It works but in a little other way: in the Advanced Tab there were no any selections, just NONE, but in other tabs I made the following:

1. In Routing Client Tab - Default media routing domain to NONE

2. In the Default Route Tab I deleted all entries that I added before

Then it works!

After adding new PG I added the appropriate data in 1 and 2.
