ICM 7.1.4 scripting/reporting

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to report on a number that passed through a part of a script (number of calls that went to this leg of the script). I'm sure it is possible but I can't find any good documentation for this. I can't find any place in reporting to report on Peripheral Variables or custom functions. Any ideas?

Your best bet would be to tag that call leg with a call type, and then report on that callType.

Hi,

as Chris has told you can use Call Types.

To do this, use might use Recuallify Node and select the call type to use. Or you can build a report that identifies what is the final node from the script. To see how can implement it, you can review ICM Schema Help.
