Hi, i am facing a problem after upgrading the ICM version 7.1(4) to 7.2.2, while call landing to the agent, frequently an invalid CallID '-1' is showing at CTI Toolkit, while CallType is showing 'INVALID'. Afterwhile a CTI Warning popup is showing 'The connection identifier is not valid'. FYI, i didn't upgrade the CTI Toolkit, it's still at version 7.0, as cisco says it's fully compatible with CTIOS 7.2. What's the cause of the problem? How can I resolve the issue?

Hi irisrios, I have checked the bug detail, it says the bug found in ICM version 4.6 and also says at solution section 'Fixed in CTIOS', what does it mean, is it fixed at later version of CTIOS?
I've opened a service request at TAC, root cause will be discovered very soon hopefully. Some trace is enables at CTIOS, PG and CCM and also sent to them. I'll keep posting the detail.
@bobsairam, I have also plan for updating the toolkit, but want to find the root cause first.
Thanks guys for your attention here.

Hi,
At last TAC found the bug inside. :)
The bug id is: CSCso87543
Cisco is recommending to upgrade the system from 7.2(2) to 7.2(6)
