Hi Team ,

 

 

Am trying to do the  new Skill group Bulk insert in ICM Configuration manager  , but while uploading am getting the error may i know what i to do for that , for you reference please check attachments .

 

More info:

from existing, i need to add the new skill group for new requirements, So from existing export format i modified new skill group . and then i imported , during this time am getting error ,

 

 

 

Kindly guide me experts please !!!

It looks like from error that you are trying to insert a new skill group with existing peripheral number.  Please review peripheral numbers in your bulk upload file and existing skill groups.  You should find some duplicate entries.
