I just got a request that the CTIOS agent stats for the Today values (HandledCallsToday, AvailTimeToday, NotReadyTimeToday, etc) are resetting at midnight and noon. I've looked all over the registry settings and I can't seem to find anything that would control this value.
Anyone else come across this? Is it normal behavior?
Can you check the time settings on the user's computer, any chance the time is off by 12 hours?

That's the first thing I thought as well, it's resetting the stats an 12pm AND 12am....that makes it confusing huh?
I am expirencing the exact same thing, at about noon every day agents report thier NotReady timmer has reset.
What version are you running?
