ICM log files

Here is a few

opc - This process acts as the brain for the Peripheral Gateway, including acting as a central collection and distribution point for all interaction with peripherals. OPC provides for uniform message sets between the Central Controller and peripherals.

pgag - Manages session layer communication between the peripheral gateway and the Call Router (ccagent)

pim - The proprietary interface between a peripheral and the peripheral gateway

mds - MDS is used to provide message delivery between processes that reside within a node. In the case of a duplex node, MDS extends betweent he nodes for purposes of synchronization and fault tolerance. Exception: The Logger uses the same side router MDS for message delivery.

hsl - Stores historical data in the Central Controller database.

The most important log file is the RTR - The Routing "engine" is used by ICM to process route requests as well as collect information from the entire ICM system. Collected information is used by the Router to create and maintain real-time data in memory, which, in turn, is used for processing route requests.
