We have a distributed contact center using CVP with the Central Controller in the US, and branch-office contact centers in the US and EU. There is a PG/CVP site in the US and one in EU. There are branch-offices in more than a dozen countries and deal with many different opening hours. I deal with the daylight saving shift occurring on different days in EU to the US.
It can be done. The Central Controller is installed on servers which have their timezone set to a TZ that has NO DST. The DST shift is controlled through global variables and scheduled scripts that turn DST on and off. The schedule of these scripts has to be adjusted at the beginning of the year when the holidays for the year are adjusted.

Geoff
