In a CUCM Hunt Group, you can use the iDivert softkey to send a call to another member of the hunt group.

It's a paramater labeled as Timeout on the Select Resource step (page 2-203).

No. If you do not answer it before the Connect timeout occurs CCX will automatically proceed to the next resource. An agent should be in a Not Ready state if they do not want to be considered for incoming calls.
