I have a request that I cant seem to come up with a solution for maybe someone here will have the answer.
There was a situation where the contact Center was not able to be opened. I was asked if we can redirect all calls to a group of cellular numbers instead.
The thing is I know for sure I can reroute the call to one cellular but not a group I ended up sending the calls to the operator.
Once again I am looking for a solution to forward all calls that hit a queue to a group of cell numbers
