Inbound and outbound

I want to display some information on call ringing with respect to inbound and outbound call I have used https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/finesse-sample-code/tree/master/ScreenPopSampleGadget but it is displaying my content on call recieved in inbound call .

Can any one help me on this.

In order to help, I need more details about the exact issue you have and how does your code look like? Did you make any changes to the sample code? You said you want to display the information on call ringing for inbound and outbound but it is displaying on call received in inbound. So, is the issue that it is not displaying on outbound?

Yeah the issue it was not displaying on inbound call ringing so i passed my information in handleNewDialog and it worked
