Install Contact Center Express on VM Ware

Hi, did anyone sucesfully installed Contact Center Express on VMWare?

I had tried several times, creating the virtual machine as o trying to boot from the Installation CD and i allways get the same message.

The hardware you are using is not supported for this product.

Installation will now halt

Any sugestion?

Hi

What version of UCCX?

What version/edition of VMware?

In general, you should find that this spec satisfies the installer:

Processors (2)

Memory (2GB)

HDDs (1x 160gb) (SCSI, location 0:0)

Single NIC

When creating the machine, specify Red Hat Ent Linux 4 (32-bit)

There are no books really... so you're stuck with two things, all found round here :

1) PDFs - read the design guide, and all the admin stuff. Also pay attention to the sripting guides...

2) The script repository has some examples to get you started... more interesting than the stuff that comes on system.
