Installation of recording and monitoring server-IPCC?

Hi,

I am using IPCC Express Enhanced version 4.0(2)_Build005.

I would like to know steps to configure dedicated recording and monitoring server for the same.

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks for your reply.

I have few questions.

1)The document says Insert the Cisco CRS Installation CD-ROM.

But I do not have any CD.

Can I download it from Cisco Website?

2) I have CallManager on differen servers, then also do i need to install CM for dedicated monitoring and recording server?

There is no download available and you need to order for a new set of Cd's

You need to point to the same call manager
