Intelligence Center Dashboard not displaying reports

 I have a dashboard, with two reports, using permalinks that is displaying "Error fetching datasource info." instead of the reports. The dashboard needs to be open to everyone, so authentication was not chosen when creating dashboard. If I'm logged in, the external link to the dashboard works. If I'm not logged in, then the reports display "Error fetching datasource info." instead of the reports. What would be causing this to happen and how would I go about fixing this to display without authentication. 

The version that I'm running is:

Are the report permalinks used by the dashboard also configured to not require authentication?

Yes, when creating the dashboard, there is a checkbox to allow authentication.  That was not checked.  It appears that even if I don't select authentication, the dashboard does not work unless I am logged in.  If not logged in, the two reports I have on the dashboard display "Error fetching datasource info."

I've not tested this myself, but the guide says that Live Data reports always require authentication. Also, there are some other supported/not supported restrictions depending on what you're showing that are also listed in the CUIC user guide, pages 37-39. Please let us know what the root cause was.

Did you ever figure this one out? I'm a having the same issue.
