Internet Proxy in CVP

Is it possible to add Internet proxy in CVP or Call Studio app so that app can query the resource over internet?

ideally yes, you can do that.

we generally do that when installing latest windows update.

honestly i don't have any proxy environment to show you the configuration.

but you can enable global proxy on you CVP server for that:

go to internet options --> Connections --> Lan Settings --> and enter proxy details.

above should enable access for global resource to CVP.

and also if you are using built in web service element, the there is a setting for proxy too. you can enter proxy detail and test if its working.
