Here is a reminder that the new Webex WFO reporting and analytics tool, Insights, is now available for early access. Insights will replace Data Explorer. Data Explorer will be discontinued on March 14th, 2025.
Till March 14th 2025, both Data Explorer and Insights will be available for use. Please ensure that you update your CCW subscription (change-modify) by March 28th, 2025, to maintain uninterrupted access to Insights. For details, see the FAQ.
