Hey,
We are using Cisco IP Communicator 8.6.6.Customer found that agents are misusing the esc button to end the call and not able to find it.
How can we disable the keyboard short cut to end the call ?

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but it looks like there's ways to disable keyboard input based on this Cisco defect?

It might block everything though and not just what you want.
Let us know how it goes.

You are right. Also you don't need to reinstall the package instead create a registry value as below,
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Communicator
"Enablekbmap" DWORD value = 0
