IP IVR 2.1(1a) upgrade to IP IVR 3.5(3)

Hi

One customer wants to upgrade IP IVR 2.1(1a) to 3.5(3). This version is old and I can not find any upgrade document I can reference. And Customer wants to keep his DB. I think it is very diffcult to me. What about the step?

I would suggest saving your scripts off box, take screen shots of your ip ivr configuration pages, and rebuild completely.

This is your "safest" option.

If you don't want to go that route you can upgrade to 3.5 and then run the repository conversion and the procedure is here:

Thanks! But what about the license? Can License for IP IVR 2.0 use in IP IVR 3.5?
