IP IVR with ICM Application with translation route

Guys, i am new to IPIVR, i am using ipivr for Queuing purposes, I have cascaded applications so the first one asynchronously triggers the second one and so on, what i am curious about is to create just an application or a Translation Route application, what is the difference between the two and do i need to associate a Trigger to it, is that trigger be an RP on CUCM or what, how many triggers do it require, i have arround 150 licenses.

I'm not sure I understand your question completely. You will need a RP to trigger the IVR. If a CCX app calls another CCX app it's off the same RP.
