Hello,
I'm trying to start the IP Phone agent on an 8941, and I get the following error:
'Unknown Error'
The phone is actually logging on, because if I log on from CAD the application will ask me if I want to kick out the other logged in instance.
I have successfully logged in to CAD, so it is not a problem with the user, and the service works on a 7961 phone with the same details.
Has anyone made this work with a 8941?

Hi Jemima,
IPPA is not supported with the 8941 series phones on UCCX 8.0(2), please refer the below comp matrix of UCCX.
