Hi, anybody know how to implement IP Phone agent in an IPCC Enterprise or Hosted ?

Hi,
I think that you have to use CAD in order to use IP Phone Agent in IPCC Enterprise.
You can not use IP Phone Agent if you deploy CRM integrations or use CTI Desktop Toolkit.
