Folks,
I just installed IPCC 4.0(4) and configured a user to be a supervisor. Also, created a team and made him the supervisor. But when i install the supervisor software on my PC and try to log in it tells me that I have incorrect password? I have checked the passwork 10 times in callmanager???
what am I doing wrong? This post will surely be graded.

Instead of the users password use their username for the login & username for the password.

Supervisor passwords are not part of call manager. By default they are the same as the username.

I had this trip, when i installed supervisor Desktop
Change supervisor password in Cisco->Desktop->Administrator
And it will pass with new password
