Is there a way that an agent can see two separate queues? Example, Call comes into main queue and then is tranferred to a second queue. My operator what to make sure that agents are picking up calls in the second queue.Wanted to know if this could be done without giving her the supervisor desktop
Within CAD an agent can only see CSQs of which they are skilled in. If the user is not a member of the second CSQ, you would need to give them CSD or use a 3rd-party "wallboard" application to allow them to see it.
