IPCC agent

hi all,

i have installed a CCM and IPCC for a small plateform, i added the ip communicators and users in CCM, but i want to configure agent in IPCC, i need the procedure to configure agents in IPCC, so they can be connected to CTI

I believe you are using IPCC enterprise? if so:

- add the Agents MAC addresses to your JTAPI user on your Callmanager (CCM admin website-> user-> your JTAPI user-> device assocciation)

- define new Device Targets and the new users using the Configuration Manager on your Admin Workstation (AW)

First thing you need to be clear is what you have UCCE or UCCX, express or ICM etc

ICM or enterprise uses AW and express is all on app admin screen of UCCX box. JTAPI and RMCM.
