Hi
We need to integrate a CRM software (opencrm) with IPCC enterprise. How is this possible. I know that cisco has provided plugins for CRM, but not for this one. is there a way for integration of the two? or is there any workaround or are we ristricted to those specified by Cisco?
Thanks

Hi,
You can use the OCX and Java Libraries provided with the Cisco CTI Toolkit. With thoses libraries you van do the integration, but you need to know if the CRM allows the use of the libraries.
In this way you need to program, but depending on the integration that you need it could be esay to do.
For a full description of these APIs, take a look to this link:

Hope this helps,

Hi,
I think that the only CRM connector provided by Cisco is the connector for Microsoft CRM.

This is true for IPCC Express. In IPCC Enterprise, you could do more than that.
