I need to implement Call Recording for IPCC and i would like to know which are the best products.

I'm currently working with Novo Technologies in order to setup Call recording in a multi-site (13) call center.
Their product available for Cisco Call Manager should be ready soon.

I've just been using the built in recording server for CAD v 6, which works fine. A server is good for 32 or 64 concurrent streams I believe, depending on hardware and licence.
