IPCC Enterprise IPPhone agent configuration

Hi all,

Has anybody found a document that describes the procedure to configure ipphone agents for IPCC Enterprise 5.0 (as the backup scenario)?

The only thing that I have found on CCO is http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/icmentpr/icm46doc/ipccdoc/cadall/cad46dc/instl46.pdf

which in the end describes the provedure ... like that for IPCC express.

But, what do I have to do to make it work with ICM's CTI server?
