Hi, our customer wants to know about the componets and description about the IPCC licenses available at his site. Example is as below

Product : IPCE-PREMAGT-L

Descr: IPCC ENTERPRISE PREMIUM AGENT

Number of Licenses : 83

Product : IPCE-PREMTLKITAGT

Descr : IPCC ENTERPRISE PREMIUM AGENT - CISCO TOOLKIT AGENT

Number of licenses : 83

Can anybody please let me know the URL from where I can get all details about these all products?

The following link is to IPCC Premium licensing and what Premium provides versus Standard and Enhanced:

(under the 'Features and Benefits of Premium' section)

The top license you mention is the IPCC system Agent license which defines the number of agents the system allows under the licensing.

The bottom license you mention is the Toolkit Agent licenses which are for the software (toolkit) the agent uses. ie: CAD (cisco agent desktop)

The above link has some good info but you may find a Cisco Sales Rep can provide you better detail if you don't find what you need in the link.
