Hi,
This concerns the CRA Real Time Reports, specifically, the CSQ IP OCD Stats screen. I have noticed that occasionally one of my queues "Abandoned call" numbers will be out of sync with the CRA historical reports. The RTR will report zero abandoned calls while the CRA historical reports will report that there have been abandoned calls.
Any ideas?

Has anyone used an id called "wallboarduser" ? It looks like the data for this user may get out of sync as well.
