IPCC express 3.5 agents get licensing error every morning

Folks,

We recently installed IPCC express 3.5. I installed agent desktop from the plugin page on IPCC exress. The problem is that 50% of the agents get an error every morning when they come in ( lincensing error and some other error). Then they reinstall the agent desktop and they are fine and can login. Would comeone have any idea why some users get this error and others do not, and how the errors goes away after installing the desktop agent.
