IPCC Express 3.5 and shared Desktop_cfg concerns

Hi.

I know that the audiofiles from recording sessions are stored under the desktop_cfg shared folders that all agents have access to. Is there a way to record those files on another location? I have clients were agents know that the files are on that particular location and are looking at that particular folder all the time to see when the .wav files are coming up.

Hi Jose,

By default, recorded files are stored in the following location in RASCAL Server(Recording and statistics).

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config\AudioFiles

Refer the Service Information guide to change the location of recorded file
