We're trying to create JTAPI Triggers in a new IPCC 4.0 installation. In previous versions, you were able to create triggers with wildcard characters, but under 4.0 it appears that you can't (for example 3[4-9]X), attempting to gives you the standard message about only certain characters allowed. Has anyone run into this or have a workaround?
The link was no help, I'm not having any CallManager Issues, I'm having IPCC Issues. I did find the answer however, if anyone is running into the same problem, this is a known bug in CRS 4.0, CSCsc02193, being resolved in version 4.0(3).
