IPCC Express Agent Stuck in "Reserve" State and all buttons are gray after

There is a problem with the customer:

1. Using web form to submit callback number

2. HTTP trigger receive number

3. “Place Call” to call to the callback number

4. If successful, using “Select Resource” to route to an agent

5. Agent answer, everything goes well

6. Agent hang up, then agent stuck in “Reserve” state and all buttons are gray; agent can’t do anything (Ready, logout, or not ready)
