Hi,
I would like to know if the following design would work using IPCC Express 3.1 and CallManager 3.3.
Network layout:
- one main site with the CCM and IPCC Express (Site A) and 70 IP Phones
- one remote site with 10 IP Phones (Site B)
- IP WAN link between the 2 sites which ONLY carries the VoIP signalisation.
The Voice traffic is routed through the PSTN for bandwith considerations.
I would like to know, if it would work to install agents (IP Phone + Windows CAD) on site B in this scenario , or does the voice have to cross the IP WAN link too ?
Thanks for your help,
Fred

Hi,
Pls check the different deployment models of IPCC Express in the SRND document

Fred,
In short, voice has to go via WAN for remote agents to make it a SUPPORTED deployment model.
