IPCC Express - Desktop VoIP Monitor service failure

Following an upgrade from 3.1.2 to 3.5.2 recently Silent Monitor service fails with a DLL call failure. The DLL trying to be invoked at service start up is sllapi.dll. The IPCC runs on MCS 7845 and has dual NIC, one for monitoring and one for Call Control and so on. has anyone conme across this issue and known how ot resolve please?
