IPCC Express Premium downgrade licence

Hi,

I have IPCC Premium with demo licences for 6 seats.

I have done upgrade with licences for 17 seats and now I have 23 seats.

How can I downgrade these 6 demo seats?

You will have to open a TAC case and get the REMOVE IPCC LICENSE toolkit.

Then you will be able to remove the premium licenses from your system.
