ipcc seat

My IPCC 4.0x has this license: IPCC Express Premium Seat(s): 65.

What does it mean? Meaning 65 agents? Thanks

Re: ipcc seat

Yes, this is the number of simultaneous agents licensed for your system.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

IPCC Express Premium Seat(s): 65 means you are licensed for a combination of 65 simultaneous agents or superviors logged into the system.

Re: ipcc seat

Thanks. But I also see this:

IPCC Express Maximum Agents: 300

. Does this mean the capacity of this server only can support 300 agents total?

Re: ipcc seat

Hi CF,

Just to add a note to this good info from Brandon and Dennis;

Max. # of Configurable Agents Supported** = 300 (Maximum Supported on IPCC Express)

Max. # of Active Agents Supported** = 300 (In your case this number is 65 which is the Licensed Seats)

From this good doc;

Cisco IPCC Express Features and Specifications

Hope this helps!

Re: ipcc seat

Premium licenses give several features to IPCC, for example text to speech, voice recognition, and various HTTP integrations.

Depending on your server you may be able to have a maximum of 300 seats. A seat is good for a single agent login. For a premium license, it is good for 2 CTI ports.

You need a dual processor 7845 to actually get the full 300 seats, 300 CTI ports functionality.

Of special note: you can have many more than 300 agents. The seat licenses are for simultaneous logins. So in your case only 65 agents can be logged in at one time.
