I am trying to use silent monitoring (IPCC Express v.3.5.3) from the Supervisor desktop and I am not hearing anything nor am I getting any data when I record. I am using two NICs and have followed the procedure as outlined in the document:
I have set up the default record server and specified user's recording server in the desktop administrator.
I am spanning the voice vlan and have my second NIC in its own VLAN.
My speakers work fine on the PC and I can see all the agents in the team from the supervisor desktop.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Check if you see any recorded files on the server?
