IPCCE 7.0(1) not showing complete list oif agents in CSQ

Hi,

I am using a IPCC express 7.0(1) with 30 agents and 2 skill set defined in it. I created a new skill called SD and assigned resources to it. However when we list the resources in CSQ for SD it shows incomplete number of resources ie only 5 resources out of 30. Is there any known issue or fix related to this.

Please advice.
