IPCCX 3.5 help

We are trying out IPCCX (CRA 3.5.3) that came with 4.1.3 of CCM. We have setup on stand alone box to be on the safe side, and are now looking at producing some scripts to test out various options for a helpdesk. Can anyone point me to a good resource that takes you through step by step the process of creating scripts?
