IPCCX 4.0 Work Flow Launch External Application

Hi,

Has anyone used the work flow action - launch external application to call 3rd party apps with parameters?

I am trying to lauch an application and to use the ANI as the last parameter but the ANI is preceded by a space from the system and proves to be a problem for my appliction to get a valid parameter. Is this normal? Is there anyway i can remove this space character?

how are you passing the ANI, you can eliminate space using dynamic or defined label.

if you share your script and version probably some on can help.
